- 1 Whole wheat flatbread or pita
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- Seasonings to taste: salt, pepper, garlic powder, italian seasoning.
- 1/4 to 1/2 c shredded mozzarella
- 2 sliced roma tomatoes
- 1 tbs basil ribbons
Preheat to 350. Rub both sides of the bread with oil and season the top. Bake at 350 for about 5 minutes. Top with mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, basil, and more salt and pepper. Bake until cheese melts.
