Faster than ‘fast food’

Just slap 1/4 or 1/2 of an avocado, some tuna, and some sliced tomato on a whole wheat wrap. Salt and pepper. I just realized I should have put some siracha on that avocado. Next time.

This is faster and cheaper than ‘fast food’. I had this for lunch with Weight Watchers Garden Veggie soup.
