I feel much better than I did this morning, and I can already feel a few improvements – standing out of a
chair or car is easier than it was last week. I’ve been doing squats. I do ten in front of the counter every time I wash my hands. It’s not a huge commitment – just ten at a time. I hold the counter to get a deeper squat than I would be able to get unassisted. There is always a way.
Breakfast was oatmeal to go (my recipe) and fruit. Lunch was pureed veggie soup, a string cheese tortilla ‘roll’, and half an asian pear. Dinner was leftover turkey tacos and a cara cara orange. And I am going to have a frozen banana as a snack tonight. It was a good day after all.
