PB & Oat Apple Crumble


A great oatmeal alternative for breakfast. It’s reminiscent of apple pie.


  • 1/3 c peanut butter
  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 c oats
  • 4 chopped apples, sprinkled with additional cinnamon


Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease pie pan or baking dish. Cream first four ingredients then mix in oats. Chop apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Place apples in pan and top with oat mixture. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
