  1. I thought about this more. I think motivation can be built and nurtured, and their point is to work daily to strengthen it. Of course there will be times motivation is challenged, but I have control over how I choose to deal with those times, and how I deal with all my behavior and thoughts. I read articles and blogs, and revisit my goals daily in an effort to build motivation as a habit.
