    1. I do some stretches and a few moves to help my back and hips. At home. I did yoga at the gym when I was 250-300 and could effortlessly get up and down and hold planks. I will do it again at the gym when I get close to that level again. I’m joining a gym in June for water aerobics because that’s what will be best for me at this size. They offer water yoga. I’ll look into it.
