Meals 5/4/17

Oatmeal with craisins, brown sugar,  and a tablespoon  of peanut butter
Ham, avocado, and cuc wrap for lunch.

In the late afternoon I was ravenous, probably from not sleeping much yesterday and last night. I ate about 2.5 cups of vanilla yogurt, a cup of strawberries, and a quarter of an endangered species 72% cocoa bar. After that I was too bloated to eat dinner, but I will eat an apple later, I think.

  1. I’d never thought of adding peanut butter to my porridge (oatmeal) in the morning. That and brown sugar, wow, must feel so decadent.
    I’ve got very into cinnamon on it. Initially used Cinnamon sugar but then I realised that the almond milk is already sweet and that just plain cinnamon was just as good.
    Keep up the good work!
