In the late afternoon I was ravenous, probably from not sleeping much yesterday and last night. I ate about 2.5 cups of vanilla yogurt, a cup of strawberries, and a quarter of an endangered species 72% cocoa bar. After that I was too bloated to eat dinner, but I will eat an apple later, I think.
I feel like I’m on a roller coaster, climbing again. For the last month I had no energy or motivation. Staying awake for a few hours was almost impossible. I had no interest in anything except my daughter Belle. This is why my blogging became sporadic. Continue reading “Meals 5/3. Climbing again.”

Sauce gribiche is just vinegar, Dijon mustard, herbs, and hard-boiled egg yolk whisked with olive oil.
For breakfast I had creamy spinach and sweet potato, which I posted earlier.
Another way to enjoy baked sweet potato for breakfast is to top with one tablespoon of natural peanut butter, 1/2 ounce of roasted nuts, or a serving of good ricotta cheese. I always add cinnamon and usually add a sweetener (maple syrup, honey, or brown sugar).
After one slice of the leftover blueberry cake with citrus cream cheese frosting, I wanted more, and for the first time in months, I decided to eat more.
